re: Lotus Notes to IBM Content Manager

I know this post is a few months old, but since no one else replied, I thought I would.

In addition to using Commonstore, there are three ways I can think of to do this out of the box:

1) Content Collector. (product that replaces commonstore)

2) Using IBM Document Manager interface. DM has the abilty to integrate directly to Notes client and allows you to save messages into the CM repository this way. File formats it will let you store in are: CSN (commonstore), XML, plain text, and maybe one other that I can't remember.

3) Depending on the version of Notes, you can drag emails to the desktop to store them in EML format. They could then be imported to CM using the CM Client for Windows, eClient, Webi, or a custom bulk loading process.

Hope that helps.
